The drain fitting at the bottom of the tank normally has a shut-off valve to stop fuel bridgewooddrillpress flow during servicing of the fuel system. Sometimes the valve contains a sediment bowl to trap particulates and water. This sediment bowl should be checked and emptied often.* Fuel Lines -- Fuel lines are bridgewooddrillpress usually metal tubing or flexible hose that connect the tank to the filters, bridgewooddrillpress transfer pump, and injection pump. They are normally trouble-free, but problems can occur if the tubing or hoses become bent or kinked. In addition, sometimes the internal layer of rubber in the fuel hoses will collapse and reduce or stop fuel flow. Fuel Overflow or Return Lines -- These lines return diesel fuel either to the fuel tank or to the inlet side of a fuel filter. Some manufacturers pass fuel through the nozzles to absorb heat. When nozzles get too hot, fuel can start burning in the nozzles and deposit carbon on the needle and seat, causing the nozzles to fail. The cutting system features a four-sided bed knife and a thick cutter disc for greater cutting inertia. Maximum cutter disc speed is 1835 bridgewooddrillpress rpm with the gasoline engine options and 1910 rpm for the diesel. bridgewooddrillpress The cutter wheel does not start turning until the operator pulls a handle to shift the idler pulley which tensions the belt and the cutter wheel. The belt engagement handle is located directly to the left lower corner of the engine.
