A newcomer to the market, EarthForce America, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Superstav s.r.o. of the Czech Republic. In 1998, Superstav severed ties with Mitusi Machinery, atlas which had been selling its mini-backhoes under the Predator brand name for a few years.
